Charcoal Kitchen

Charcoal was set up outside a bar where they were holding a trivia night. When I got there, I was hungry so I placed an order. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the food was absolutely amazing! I got chicken, which I wasn't expecting a whole lot from. I don't know what they do, but the seasonings and the juiciness of the chicken were incredible! Their tzatziki sauce is fabulous, and the side of cabbage was super flavorful. Highly highly recommend! I'm actually craving it right now. I may have to stop in soon. ;)

I was looking for a new place to try today and ended up stumbling on this restaurant. The style of the place is cute and they have covered sitting areas inside and outside. Inside I was greeted by a very friendly older gentleman and a woman. They explained the menu to us and were very patient with my picky self I ended up getting one pork shawarma and one chicken shawarma to go 50/50 with my friend so we can get a taste of each. I also ended up getting this salad (which i don't know the name of) which was delicious. The shawarma was really fresh and had a really good sauce. They can make it regular or spicy so let them know if you're a spicy lover and they will accommodate. Overall I had such a good experience here and honestly I will put them in my list of places to visit in Glendale. Can't wait to try their bbq next time

I had a gyro today super delicious full of meat full of flavor pants down the best I have ever had. I will most definitely be going back sooner than later. Customer service is A1.

I love this place!! The food is amazing and delicious!! Been here twice with my friend and is our new place to go to in the evening!! The crew there are very nice and family oriented!! Nice little place on the corner of Verdugo and Harvard!! There is outside seating as well!! The sides in the cooler are soooo good. Get some bread with it and you are set!! Seeee you sooooooon!!

The flavors are rich and well-seasoned. great food, great customer service! must try their coffee.

First time there as a driver, staff is super friendly, very sweet The place is very clean. It smells like Armenian barbecue the second you walk in. Definitely had a great experience.

Fantastically fresh Armenian kebabs, schwarmas, and plates. The beef lula kebab stole the show - that was by far my favorite. Flavorful and extra seasoned. Also got the beef kebab plate + pork schwarma. Washed it all down with an Abali yogurt soda drink.
